What is the best workout schedule? I’ve heard about 7 minute workouts every day, but I’ve also heard about 45 minute workouts the times a week.

It is different for everybody. I work out 4 times a week, broken up into categories:upper body, lower body, core, light full body with rest day on wed, sat, sun. I spend at least 45 min. For every day i try to aim for between 6000 to 10 000 steps. For me 7 min isnt going to do anything other than a stretch and warm up. Please note i am a female.
