No, a coffee in the morning is not a breakfast at all. You need something to give you energy throughout the day and to keep you full. There are plenty of quick and easy but also healthy and filling breakfast choices. For me, I like to have a cup of peppermint tea, with a yogurt bowl with lots of fruits and seeds and nuts, or a chai or even iced coffee but paired with some scrambled or fried eggs, toast, a piece of fruit like a banana or avocado and one thing that makes you feel your best! Breakfast is the most important meal because it determines how much energy you will have, eating nothing can make you feel tired or stressed and anxious, but feeling full and have something nutritious can help you go through your day feeling good, energized and happy, and make you more productive!
