Is there a good list of 10 or so hearty meals online, something with enough variety to keep things exciting throughout the week?

I dont think there is or maybe there is but I don’t know.
I suggest having granola and yogurt and fruits. Or a healthy smoothie with frozen blueberries or frozen strawberries with frozen banana

I have problems finding any that conform to my taste preferences or dietary wants and needs. I end up just making the same 15 recipes over and over.

I'm sure there is! If there isn't, you could also look through several different meal plans and combine them however you see fit in order to add liveliness to your routine!
