Avocado toast, stirred egg(maybe with onions garlic and chicken Strips or cheese), natural Jogurt with berieseln and oats or a smoothie mixed into it. there's many options. just Look that you have Protein, a bit of Fruit-sugar(for energie) and maybe change Coffee with Black tea
I always love fruits with peanut butter, or just fruits in general. I love pears. Eggs, especially boiled also make an excellent add to the meal. Avocado is a good plus too. Besides that, smoothies and sandwiches are an excellent choise. I havent tried anything else for breakfast.
