I practice Transcendental Meditation 20 minutes each morning. I would like to practice it 20 minutes twice a day, and perhaps 10 minutes before sleep. When I do a 20 min TM in the afternoon I have a better evening.

I most enjoy the body awareness meditation which is easier for me to direct my focus and helps relieve tension especially right before going to sleep
