What’s best to eat and when is the best time for breakfast?

Well according to me in breakfast the best thing to eat are, sprouts of various pulses. And if that is not available than anything organic and unprocessed.avoid oily and sugary things as this puts your stomach into strain. Now I know everybody craves to eat something delicious so yes you can have a little oily thing once a week but I recommend that you avoid it. Here is a recipe you can try:
Take some seeds that can sprout like Bengal gram, unroasted penuts, peas, green gram and beans. Soak them overnight. In the morning chop some tomatoes, and if you want you can also add some finally choped onion and garlic. Add some salt, black pepper, coriander powder, red Chilli powder, fenugreek powder,dried garlic powder, and cumin powder. Give it a good mix. (Optional) top off with some oregano and Chilli flakes.and enjoy.
In the recipe you could experiment with the spices to match your taste.
The best time to have breakfast is 8 am but if you have a busy schedule than you should eat atleast 1 hour after you have woken up.

It should be in early morning times, and protein rich breakfast is beneficial, as its a first meal of our day, it is important to be light as well as source of energy
