maybe you should search for a new habits to avoid screen time. Spend your time with family and friends. Or you can go out for an exercise.

What I find helpful is to have a regular evening routine that is also spread out. Instead of a few things that I try to get done in an hour or so, I set aside the entirety of 5pm onwards to go about winding down. Some of this is scheduling in the last half an hour before I get into bed as a time to do something relaxing and that doesn’t require my phone or computer. I like fiber arts, so I usually put on some relaxing music or soundtrack and do a little work on one of my projects. But you could also do some reading, meditation, stretching, a little bit of organizing, or anything else that you find to be calming and relaxing and means you can put down the phone for a little bit before bed.

Well, if you tend to procrastinate, try making task based free time part of your ritual. With definite start and end(like make a meal or have a conversation or if itโs online watch 2 videos) rather than timers that can easily be ignored, tasks will give a feeling of accomplishment and finality so youโll be also to stop

Try to do as many tasks as you can as early as possible maybe not a lot just some so that way some tasks are not on your mind and you can easily do Disconnecting from devices later at around the end of the day.

Just do one thing at a time. Just do that and then go to the next project. You can only do so much in one day. Prioritize your to do list and do what’s most important right away that day and then make time at bed time to relax. Or set a timer to have some me time. Its what I do.

To be honest with you, I do the same too ๐. But one thing I learnt is that no matter how addicted you can be to procrastination don’t forget your bedtime
“NO” isn’t just for people, you can also say”No” to some certain apps that easily get you distracted and lose focus and track of time too ๐๐……….try it and see a change
Drink water too it helps alot ๐

Setting up you environment really helps. Because when you set up the right environment it makes you want to do the thing you have been putting off. And when sitting up your environment, that means limiting distractions as well. So plugging your phone in somewhere further away, it’s probably a good idea
