What do you actually do to disconnect? I am just putting my phone on airplane mode once I’m done with work and catching up.

At night, I put on guided meditation or an audio book if I need help sleeping. Otherwise, my phone goes off to the side and I just curl up.

To disconnect, I try to involve myself in more self care activities. I find it harder to start things then finish or continue them so, in this time, I try my best to start something new and/or productive.
