I usually keep 2-3 in rotation, 1 being something i can prep ahead and use quickly when I’m in a rush in the morning, and 1-2 that are simple but nicer for more relaxed mornings.

Breakfast doesn’t depend on decision paralysis, it’s how much time do you have to eat and how much you want to eat for the type of day you have. If you get up with just enough time for bacon and eggs and some fresh fruit, that’s pretty much a guaranteed go-to for any day.
