Twist on the classic breakfast fry-up: heat up a skillet with a little olive oil and fry an egg, while it’s cooking add chopped mushroom, tomato, and spinach. Let it all hang out a cook and then add salt & pepper to taste. You’re welcome 😉

Mix some yogurt with oats and fruits, it’s a very healthy combination. You can also prepare an omelette because eggs are full of protein. Keep going pal!
In a bowl I like to add oatmeal with milk, and I like to eat it with peanut butter and a little agave as sweetener and some fruit on the side
1 egg, 2 spoons coconut flour, 2 spoons oat flakes, 1/2 glass oat milk. Mix all ingredients, cook like a pancake and serve with some honey or peanut butter
Dosa By mixing water , uraddal, rice and grinding we will get a batter and with the prepared batter we will pour on a friying pan and roast it.... Adding ghee will be great too This is a very heavy breakfast indeed
Something quick and delicious that I like is eggs-in-a-basket; essentially, take a glass and use the rim to make a hole in the middle of a piece of bread (whole grain is great!) then stick it in an oiled skillet (butter if you want more calories to kickstart your morning, olive or canola if you’re cutting back fats) and crack an egg into the middle! Let it cook for a while, then flip it over once the egg has cooked enough to be moved. You’ll know its done when the egg white is cooked but the yolk is still soft. I typically have two of these, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so don’t leave hungry!
Your favourite flavour of yogurt, oats, dried fruit: apricot, cranberry, prune etc, chopped nuts, handful of seeds and if u want more sweetness coconut sugar or any othe source of sweetness u like🌈🌞🍊
Set pan to low on stove (say 4 on a scale of 9). Fry a tsp of garlic with half an onion for 5 minutes. Do not turn up the heat; letting the garlic fry on low heat makes it sweet. Add a tomato and chickpeas and cook for a further five minutes. Drizzle with vinegar and add herbs -- coriander, mint, or parsley-- and cook another two minutes. Serve with avocado and/or egg if desired.
Breakfast is never really my thing so lately I’ve been adding garlic to eggs on the side of pancakes with peanut butter. Filling!!
