If I don’t want to exercise I would put if off and never do it, but now with fabulous things are different. If I just can’t or don’t want to then I’ll do the 1 minute workout. This means I’ve still reached my goal, even if it was a small step. I really appreciate myself for going this far. The different workouts on fabulous are also very helpful because I don’t know what to do if I have to exercise.
