When you want to lose the fat I suggest portioning you food in smaller plates or bowls, and eat lots of fiber and low carb foods. As for gaining lean muscle, you should eat lots of protein such as, unsalted nuts, grilled or boiled lean meats, but also eat food with vitamins as well. Hope I answered your question
