I do something different every day. I also listen to my body, what it can and what it can’t do or what it wanna do that day. It helps me to keep me motivated and it doesn’t feel like a burden thanks to it.

You can try new exercises by switching out old ones. Start by making a few categories, for example Legs, chest, and arms. Nextly , pick out however many exercises you want to do for each day!
