Should I do my workout before leaving for the day? I usually walk during my commute so is that enough? How much is enough?

Working out at the start of the burns your fat as for day end gives you muscle, depends on Your goal. If walking to your work keeps you healthy thats necessarily enough but if you want to push yourself that’s different case.

I’d like to think it’s a good idea to work out before the day starts to get you some energy even if it’s just yoga to wake you up and get a good stretch. I also do blogilates or downward dog yoga to limit myself to a small exercise. It keeps me motivated more than trying to take 30 minutes out of my day and work up a huge sweat.
