Can you help me out with three suggestions for quick, delicious and healthy breakfast options?

My go to is Greek yogurt with granola in it, and some toast with peanut butter on it. When I have to work early mornings, I like to meal prep the night before. Eggs, some roasted potatoes, with some sausage or bacon, with some cheese on top.
