When I feel rushed in the morning and need something to eat that is quick to make and eat I reach for cereal with milk. No cooking required and there is minimal cleanup. It’s a win-win because I get fed in record timing.

If I’m in a rush I would usually eat cereal, it seems like the most valid choice to choose as breakfast. Even though I don’t feel like having cereal, I feel the need to eat something even when I’m not Hungry, I’m frustrated about that.
