What are some good stretches for your quads after doing lunges?

like after most workouts, it’s usually better to do static stretches rather than dynamic stretches as your muscles are going to need to cool down. Static stretches means stretches that you don’t necessarily move, such as child’s pose or downward dog. On the contrary, dynamic stretches are moving stretches that help warm your muscles up, like hip openers or leg abductors!
So, to answer your question, you should look into some static stretches. After my leg days, I usually like to do downward dog and runners stretch. You can also look into using a small foam roller as well to massage / stretch your muscles too!
