I got pain in my shoulder when I started doing 7 minutes workout every day. What should I do? Stop for a while?

Hopefully you’re not working out for the whole 7 minutes non stop. If so, it’s no wonder you’re hurting yourself. Limit your repetitions to 10 at a time for starters and rest for 30 seconds in between each repetition. Also, stretch before and after your workout. Start there and when you’re ready do repetitions of 15, then 20, and by then you might ready for a 15 minute workout. You got this! If the pain worsens, you might want to get your shoulder looked at by a professional, but hopefully it’s not that serious and you just need a more balanced workout.
