Thank you for asking…So far the greatest challenge in my routine thus far is to exercise. In addition to the checklist I downloaded another app to help me with an exercise routine that gradually increases in intensity while targeting the areas of concern for me. So on the one hand my motivation is to improve my health and fitness levels in the long term and having more than one app to remind me also helps… This for me is a build up towards the exercise program that I purchased and have yet to really dive into because it is intense. For that I would have to definitely adjust a few things in my environment to make it easier to do. But for now the low intensity 9 minutes a day workouts are helping me to gain momentum and take on exercise as a habit.
