Why does exercise hurt so much?

Good question, friend. I’ll let you know if I find out! 🙂 Scientifically I suppose it’s lactic acid, but so much of it is in the mind. The mind tends to give up before the body does. Hang in there!

😂 I don’t know about you, but it hurts me because my body isn’t used to it yet. Also, the more we resist the pain the more we will suffer…just have to embrace it!

What hurts exactly? You must challenge your body to perform, and that isn’t easy. It can be tiring. Mind over matter, though. Keep going.

If the exercise is hurting you are either doing something wrong or doing too much too soon. Seek advice on correct posture and don’t try too much too soon, every small step adds up. The endorphins you will feel after will outweigh the soreness in the end 🙂

It hurt because you are over extended yourself. Just get moving and be consistent. It a long run health benefit. Unless you are overdo it and get injury, see a doctor
