It definitely depends on your goals and what you do in a day. For me, breakfast needs to refill your body of all the calories you burn out when you sleep. Ideally, match your calories. I eat the Kodiak waffles, oatmeal, and pure protein bars (2 total). This will give you energy to take action. It’ll also be good to build muscle and reduce body fat or lose weight if that is what you need. It takes a little bit of time to prepare it but it’s pretty easy, less expensive, and healthier than eating fast food.
