I don-t know. I think just somthing really healthy like it can be acai bowl, just fruit, avocado toast, cereal with fruits or somyhing like that.

Low fat yoghurt with oats & linseed, fried egg w. castor oil rather than olive plus eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms, fruit: grapefruit

I think, that breakfast with enough protein like eggs or yoghurt with oatflakes plus some fruits or vegetables is good. Also cinnamon helps burn fats.

Uhmm I'm not that sure but I think eating fruits is the best way and also drinking water after u wake up is definitely a good start

Fruits and vegetables, but for breakfast is better and more easy eat fruits, like apples and bananas and a good and nutritive juice of fruits too.

Foods containing high fiber so that u feel fuller with less quantity. Example oats, muesli, fruits, mix grains, brown bread l, nuts etc

Honestly, I’m not sure I rarely eat breakfast in the morning but if I do, I would eat a banana or an apple. Other than that I would eat cereal

So I'm going to start with this what works for me may not work for you but a good breakfast would be fruit smoothies fruit yogurt milk some smoothies have oats in it and all the stuff you can buy at the grocery store for pretty cheap and they're really good
