What about 100% full grain bread, with flax, rye, oat, and sunflower seeds?

I appreciate the benefits of a whole wheat bread over plain white bread, but I just can't do these types of loaded multi grain breads. I want a soft and pillowy bread, and all the bits of grains and seeds scattered throughout the dough just really ruin it for me. All the power to those who enjoy it, but not for me.
