What’s so great about breakfast?

To be honest, I don't think breakfast is a must for everyone, I think some people in different times in life might prefer different ways to open their day, like with a coffee and a cookie or something, and it's fine.
I personally tried both ways for several years each, and now I'm going with the Fabulous method and stick with it. It may be true that it boosts energy throughout the day and maybe not, but it's definitely establishes some order to the morning routine.
It can possibly get you stop dragging legs when getting up and get you started with productivity.
