The Number one easiest breakfast meal is Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and a Banana. Or an easy and quick Omelet but it won’t satisfy you quickly.
Eggs are a great breakfast option, fast and easy to make. Or a smoothie if you’d prefer, just some ice and a few fruits. Or both, a balanced breakfast is the best way to start any day!
Fried eggs and toast, plain oatmeal soaked in water and a bit of plain yogurt the night before (to make it cook faster and lower the glycemic index), or even leftovers from last night’s dinner are all fairly quick breakfasts I like 🙂 I have ever swirled applesauce or jelly into plain yoghurt as well.
