A normal breakfast is absolutely fine. I usually eat a bowl of yogurt with some sunflower seeds and chia seeds and then have some fruit. It literally takes two minutes to make and fills you up till lunch. It's also nutritious and good for your skin.

Yes of course. A few suggestions: little tomatoes or avo on toast is a great quick breakfast. Also oats is a great quick breakfast!

Yes well I don't eat eggs..
So for my, a grand breakfast is maybe pancakes or a big vegetarian breakfast which is sometimes nice on weekends. On most days, however, a smoothie, cereal, oatmeal or avo with tomato on toast does the trick and I love these meals.

Well… no, I don’t think so. If you normally eat cereal, for example – most cereals are loaded with sugars and are really not that healthy for you. You’ll get a spike of energy and then crash afterward. You don’t have to prepare a gourmet breakfast for yourself every morning. Even a banana or a handful of nuts will do. Alternatively, you could prepare overnight oats with fruits and chia seeds the night before so that you don’t have to spend extra time in the morning thinking about what you’re going to eat.

If you consume no carbs, no fat, it counts. What is important is that you will feel energized and your body gets useful food. You can have a fruit or some oatmeal with milk or yogurt.

Any food is better than no food so yeah. Try to eat stuff like apples or maybe hard boil some eggs the night before, but a granola bar or a bowl of cereal is ok too

Yes as long as one is eating the proper nutrients and does not eat again until lunch. Eggs are not the only thing one can eat for breakfast.
