I usually eat some nuts and drink a glass of water to keep myself hydrated ๐Ÿ™ƒ. I drink water before and after workout. This is how I do usually in the mornings when everyone is asleep ๐Ÿ˜ด ๐Ÿ’ค. I love silent and peaceful morning. ๐Ÿ˜€
