How do you motivate yourself to run if you have bad stamina and hate running?

Honestly, start small & encourage yourself to do small incremental spurts of light jogging first, then see how motivated you feel to do more, jogging faster next time, or longer maybe, but pace yourself: the best way to do & get/stay motivated to do is by starting small & breaking your goal down into small steps.
