To increase your daily exercise habit from 10 to 30 minutes, start by adding short, manageable increments. For example, increase your time by 5 minutes each week. Schedule your workouts like appointments to prioritize them, and consider breaking your exercise into smaller sessions throughout the day. Incorporate enjoyable activities to make the process feel less daunting. Remember, consistency is key, and every minute counts towards building a lasting exercise habit that fits into your routine.

I felt this way. I began to wake up ten minutes earlier and gradually add five minutes every couple days so I could get a little more time to workout.

Turn off notifications on phone for social media. After a few days, go walking but leave your phone behind, just your watch.i find loop earplugs, no music, helps to drown out moat of noise as if its background which also feels like I’m in a semi meditative state when walking. Set you watch too 15 mins then when up turn back. Disconnect from distractions for 30 mins and don’t read work email or socials before you go out in morning.
