How do you make up time to work out in the morning if you are already running late?

Although most people work out in the morning I prefer working out in the afternoon. I recommend doing it around 5-6 as this is before must people have dinner so your body will have plenty of fuel after you work out.

When I’m running late I usually come home after doing an errand a play the wii for at least 30 mins or more a day to make up for my workout
