I rather prefer to exercise/workout in the evening as its better for my muscles to heal up quicker seeing as sleeping helps with the healing process so exercising closer to when its your bed time would speed up results

Morning usually, if I am short for time, which is how things usually are, then this is when I am mostly like to get it done.

I would exercise in the morning, because in the evening you want to sleep and your brain is preparing for it, but in the morning your brain is in the "sleep mode" and exercising help to turn of that mode.
