Will meditation make me a buddha?

I believe that meditation does not have a religion associated with it. I am a Buddhist and yet I feel like meditation is more like a spiritual practice that anybody can follow than a religious practice. Infact I think that whole Buddhism is like that. It’s not necessary a religion but a deep philosophy, if you think about it.

No, because meditation can help with stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also help you fall asleep easier every night. And it can help you get better sleep more often, and build healthy habits.
