Coffee causes you to have energy after 30 minutes but will burn you out after a couple hours (aka crash and burn). However, tea, specifically herbal ones have amazing benefits for the body, cause more relaxation, and give you long sustained energy.

Because the amount of antioxidants in tea exceeds that in coffee also tea contains catechins and biotin which boosts and strengthens the immune system.

If you drink coffee directly after you wake up, you will get a "dip". If you don't want that, you have to start drinking coffee two hours after you wake up. Tea on the other hand has the same effect of waking you up, but without the caffeine, so you won't get a dip.

It's more healthy, you can drink it also in every moment of your day or night. Sometimes after coffee stomach doesn't feel okey, after the tea you can feel better.
