What specifically do you like to make in the morning for breakfast?

Jerry E.
It depends on our schedule. Usually, a portable sandwich of lean protein and/or cheese, but sometimes pancakes or cereal with such protein.

Breakfast includes the equivalent of 36 grams of protein, and 30 grams of carbohydrates.

As a Turkish and a student, my breakfast menu is kinda set in stone. It is Menemen
It is egg with vegetables. First I oil the pan to prevent sticking. Next is onions, later pepper and then tomatoes. Some people may also add eggplant before tometoes. After they start smelling good, add the eggs. Have them your way, half or full cooked.
Enjoy

I have two go-to breakfast options that I really enjoy alternating between to keep things interesting. I make either oatmeal with blueberries and bananas to sweeten it up, or (my favorite) eggs, toast with avocado, and a Trader Joe's potato hash on the side. And always with coffee on the side!
Ma Lle E.
If I feel for a fullest breakfast I go for scrumbled eggs with ham and a little sandwich on the side. If I want a lighter one, I have an oatmeal on hot water with a handfull of fruits, some nuts, peanut butter and cinnamon
Johan C.
I like to change my meals pretty often. Lately I have been into a cup of black coffee, fruit and two slices of cereal bread with peanut butter or vegan chocolate cream. You should try!
Thibault T.
I always have protein since I’m diet a controlled diabetic. I try to have an egg and bacon or sausage. If I’m in a hurry, I’ll have a piece of cheese. I like to drink iced water with my meals.
Nina Y.
I like to make hard boiled eggs with toast and some greek yogurt for extra protein to help fill me up for longer. Sometimes if I’m craving something sweet, I will make a protein shake with frozen bananas and chocolate flavoured protein powder.
Mathilda B.
A nice cup of coffee with plant milk and maple syrup. A small tangerine and a bowl of peanut butter banana overnight oats.
Oscar W.
I currently order from an online diet company personal trainer food, so I just pop one in the microwave, usually an omelette and sausage. When I cook for myself, I make hard boiled eggs and some kind of protein, bacon or sausage or an omelette with ham.
Lana E.
I like to make milo cereal and put it in the microwave for 50 seconds so I can make it soggy and it’s tastes great when it’s soggy
Laurine Y.
I follow the guidelines from Potatoes, not Prozac. Eat enough protein with a complex carb within an hour of waking up in the morning. Today that looked like this: 2 eggs, gluten free 8 grain hot cereal, a few almonds, 1/2 cup of blueberries, and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese.
Jennie E.
Green smoothie. With green apple, spinach and banana. Isbut butter on wheat bread. Or egg whites with avocado and fruits
Bruce T.
I mix 1 egg, 1 egg white, 40 grams sour cream, spices and pour that into a buttered pint jar that has 10 grams of sausage and 1/4 cup spinach. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. I make up 5 for the week on Sunday
Ina U.
I usually make the Sweet Potato Bean Hash from the CleanFoodDirtyGirl.com blog, or sometimes I make a green smoothie or vegan french toast. If I’m pressed for time, I just make a breakfast burrito or leftovers!
Noah C.
I can't work with full stomach. So I try to have light breakfast like corn flakes with milk or two pieces of brown toast with thyme and tomatos. Sugar
free coffee is a must, unfortunately. I mostly drink the Arabian voffee.
Cindy F.
I like to get up at 5am and eat at 6am. I don't have anything to eat until lunch at 12:30 so I have a large high protein breakfast to keep me going and to avoid snacking. Being vegetarian I often have 2 quorn sausages, half a tin of baked beans, 2 scrambled or fried eggs and a little tomato sauce for dipping. Or a large egg white omelette with cheese and then some Greek yoghurt.
Tracey U.
This morning I ate porridge with bananas honey and almonds. However this is only as I am off work. On the mornings that I am working I will make overnight oats with pineapple or if I'm not organised an Apple with peanut butter
Simara F.
Oatmeal with some fruit or berries, served with yoghurt, honey and a cup of green tea. Maybe a glass of water too and a sandwich on days when I need to stay full longer.

Alternatively, yoghurt with fruit and granola, plus a sandwich and a cup of tea.

Cody I.
Usually just an apple or a banana with peanut butter, but I only get peanut butter that doesn't have any sugar added. If I'm still hungry, I'll scramble some eggs and throw in a little frozen spinach, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Isabella W.
I make overnight oats with a quarter cup of greek yoghurt, a splash of milk and a generous tablespoon on peanut butter. Mix it all up! In the morning, I top it with canned fruit (better for my budget) and sunflower seeds. Sometimes a hardboil an egg the night before as well and keep it in the fridge, then crack it open in the morning after I've had my oats.
Teresa W.
I am trying to get used to maintain overnight chia pudding as my go-to, but most regularly I end up eating peanut butter with banana. A nice amount of protein, and keeps me going for most of the day!
Rose P.
I’m not a breakfast person. I have been forcing myself to eat breakfast since beginning the program. It’s not so bad, but my usual schedule didn’t accommodate preparation, no matter how small. I’m learning to adjust.
Anton A.
Toast made with double fiber bread and topped with peanut butter and banana. Oatmeal with different toppings like raisins/nuts/cinnamon.
Annie B.
I like to have toast with some kind of protein on top. Hummus, almond butter, or eggs usually. Having sugar first thing makes my feel unwell later in the day.
Nandielly E.
Fried eggs and toasts with avocado as a base and mixed additions like parsley, coriander, pieces of octopuses, jalapeño, pickles, prosciutto etc.
I noticed that after switching to reach breakfast with eggs my digestion started to work better.
Tanja F.
Usually, for breakfast I prefer to have some fat yoghurt with jam, and a sandwich with cheese. To drink is green tea. It gives enough energy for 3-4 hours!
Also, I did try to add some nuts to my breakfast, but so far the habit didn’t become a routine…
What about you? What do you prefer to have for breakfast?
Omar P.
Usually a smoothie with fruit, almond milk, greens, flax, chia seeds, & yogurt or peanut butter. Sometimes eggs with rice & beans
Rigo J.
In the mornings it is usually a madhouse, so I will make sure there are some fruits in the fridge. My favorite fruit is an apple. It is easy to grab and eat while you are on the go. 😉
Hans Josef Q.
I always have oat with a little bit of soy milk and a smashed banana. It goes on the microwave for 1min and then add peanut butter as a topping. It’s healthy, nutritious and quick!
