Why is my body much more flexible in the evening than the morning?

You also make your body more flaxy in morning also If you don't feel lazy in morning and practice excercise and yoga for 35 mint and take long walk or run near about 1km.
Thank you

cause u do some streches in the afternoon so u r literally more flexible in evening than in the morning. u may just move but that makes u a lil bit flexible hun;)

A good way to break that habit would be trying to fall asleep without the tv on for a week. That way you are used to not having the tv on while you are trying to fall asleep. It will relax your brain, and you will have a deeper and more restful sleep.

Your body is more flexible at the end of the day because you have had time to move and be energized by the people around you. When you first wake up, you are stiff and groggy. But, after moving and dancing your way through your day, your body is more elastic!

I think cause you've had the day to move around and loosen up those muscles. When you wake up you've just been lying down all night.

Not really either I'm trying to work on that but fitting in stretching. I deal with chronic pain every day so I don't always have the opportunity to do this it a been hard.

Your body temperature is highest in the evening. Muscles and joints are up to 20% more flexible this time compared to in the morning, which makes it easier and less of a strain to exercise. Chances of injuries during exercise is also lower than morning workouts

Honestly? I do something fast that I love. Do you have anything that you like? A particular exercise or discipline? Build a small routine and do that with the motivation of someone who’s doing what they like.

Because in the morning u just wake up and your body also wakes up and till evening u do alot of things or works which make your body flexible
