I think they should start with some yoga or stretches to get their body ready then slowly by slowly they should so hard exercises. Starting off with something easy such as dancing to your playlist is good then you can start running then you can do some harder exercises. It’s all about going slowly.

You can start with walking or if you prefer exercising at home, you can do fitness for beginners or yoga. You can also start going to the swimming pool – if you can't swim, you can take a trainer.
