Yes if it’s a long run – more than 15k. But it depends. If you feel thirsty is good to have a small water bottle handy. You should not drink too much during and immediately after exercise though.

I train in the evening regularly and we have a water cooler there. I do drink. And during my morning dances I don't drink.

I find I need to be careful. I hydrate before and then try to ignore distractions. I tend to hydrate at regular intervals depending on the heat.

I do drink water while exercising, but not too much, just a few sips. I usually tell myself "you can do this, you've been great so far, if you can endure for ten minutes then you can go for fifteen". But it's also very important that you go only as far as your body can handle. Know your limits and don't damage yourself!

I don’t drink too much water while I’m running because I tend to drink too much and then my stomach hurts. I drink a little and get some in my mouth and hold it so my bold retains that water. But to keep me going, I’ve found that music doesn’t help unless I’m completely focused on it. Tvs at Planet Fitness help me to stay focused away from the pain.
