Believing in yourself and making yourself get up and do it. It sucks at first but it helps you in the long run. Even if you don't want to tell yourself "I have to I have to no matter what"

I do quick exercise that fits in with my daily schedule or wakes me up. For example: this morning I walked down the street to get breakfast instead of driving. Or I walk my dogs first thing in the morning. It doesn't have to be much.

Plan for multiple different energy levels so that when you wake up you will always have something to do even if you dont want to. Also have some type of motivator as notification on your phone or just a memo so you will immediately get the motivation to get out of bed and do it.
