Yes you can. In fact many people do so. Its really healthy and energizing and its not even hard. People who do it are more relaxed, more flexible and more concentrated during the day. You can do it under music for even more relaxation.

Yes! That’s the perfect exercise in the morning! You can feel refreshed and ready to start your day after finishing your workout! It’s not too psychically exhausting but it does help train and stretch your muscles! Definitely go for it!!!

I usually walk for 1/2 an hour or an hour. Depends of the weather.
I’m handicap so walking can be a problem. But I do my best and walk at least for 1/2 an hour. Also have I have Restless Sy drome and nerve problem so at night and early morning my leg and feet so lying down is a big problem. Walking to long and putting too much strength on my feet, the Restless Syndrome and the nerve starts acting up and I can’t lye down and early morning it wakes me up and I can’t go back to sleep.

Yes, yoga is a practice. Something you do continuously to heal your body or mind. It depends if you actually want exercise but if you want to just feel accomplished yes

Assolutamente sì, anzi, secondo me è l'attività da prediligere per un risveglio ottimale. Prepara il corpo alla giornata dolcemente.
