Usually I put on my favourite playlist for exercising and think about the reason: why I want to do this. I think about my goal. And also I look behind to the long route I have already gone through. The weather MUSTN'T have an effect on your progress. I hope this helps
That’s actually my favorite times. It gives me a place to get warm and when I sweat it’s wonderful to have the rain shower rinsing me off. It’s the hot sunny days when I want to stay in the AC and minimize movement.
