Water aerobics is my favorite. I love being in the water and I get a full body workout. I also love socializing with the other people in my classes.

I love sports. So, anytime I’m able to play a sport for exercise always outweighs weights, cardio, or some other form of exercise. However, depending on how much time I have, I enjoy pushups, resistance-band tricep pulls, planks, and/or air squats. They’re relatively simple, require no real addition equipment, and are effective with proper form.

I like doing simple exercises while at home for example walking and stretching. Especially if my time us limited. However, I also play tennis and I gi swimming every week.
