Any suggestions or recommendations around strength training exercises that can be done at home and not in a gym?
Strength training at home can be both effective and convenient. Consider bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges. You can also use household items like water bottles or backpacks filled with books for added resistance. Aim to create a routine that includes different muscle groups, ensuring you balance upper and lower body workouts. Consistency is key, so try to incorporate these exercises into your daily rituals, gradually increasing intensity as you build strength.
