I believe it starts with small commitments. And only pick one. When you commit to something, it's important to really ask yourself why you're committing to it. For example, my first commitment was to drink water when I wake up in the morning before I do anything else. I researched all the benefits as to why that will be a good habit to start. I believe it starts with small commitments. And only pick one. When you commit to something, it's important to really ask yourself why you're committing to it. For example, my first commitment was to drink water when I wake up in the morning before I do anything else. I researched all the benefits as to why that will be a good habit to start. So I told myself, tomorrow I would drink water in the morning. Then I celebrated that small win and then said, the next day I will drink water in the morning. And I did that continuously day by day until finally it stuck. At that moment, I decided to research another habit that will be beneficial to have. Currently I'm working on waking up at 6:30 in the morning everyday. I will do the same process, day by day, small Wind by small win. But when you make those small commitments to yourself, you build trust and confidence in yourself.

Remember what is important to me. My health, mental and physical, happiness, connection and making the world a better place. My new habits allow me to do all these things.

I look at why j am doing this and focus on that. When you think oh I'll skip this tonight think to yourself what should your future self want tou to do right now. Keep reaching for that goal knowing that you will get there you just have to work hard and long for it

You have to ask yourself why you want to do it in the first place, so you can know if it is that important to make a change in your life. If the reason is enough to you, you will remember it every time and it will keep you going.

It's a short answer, but what motivates me is thinking "would younger Me admire and be proud of where I am now?" If no? I work harder

Realise what goals you have, and that you can only achieve them when you work hard for them. Why did you install this app if you’re not willing to put some effort in getting better habits? If you want something, work for it! Celebrate when you achieved something, it’ll make you feel better and then you know that you can really do it! 🙂

Finding what motivates us can only happen when we know ourselves. Knowing ourselves is a function of trying many different things and finding your niche, this will undoubtedly come with good days and bad days.
Motivation comes from within, my view: once you find your niche motivation follows and becomes rather effortless.
To keep going everyday is a mammoth task, I guess the only real advice I can give is – it has to be good sometimes and bad sometimes, so live your day irrespective of the mood.

Take some time to reflect on your reasons for wanting to make changes, deeper than just the surface ones we say to ourselves. I love this app because making small achievements are motivating as opposed to try to make huge changes, with black and white thinking and falling st the first set back.

Motivation should be strong and imaging how you will be if you make the change can help you. Moreover something which can help you to keep going is making a deal with someone else and knowing that you'll loose money if you won't be constant.
