I feel the most effective way of exercining as walking. My psychologist also told me that you don’t have to push yourself to do fitness or weight challenges if you don’t feel it. Trying new things and finding my way of exercising. Right now it’s morning stretches at my bed, and then walking to the bus station from where I go to work. Combining becoming one with my life. Happy about it!
Walking is a great form of exercise for me because I almost always feel motivated to do it, even when I don’t feel like going for a run or to the gym. Plus I love being outside in nature and listening to podcasts while I walk
