When you’re having trouble sleeping, what steps do you follow to make yourself sleepy?

Before going to bad write after I do my nite time skincare I do some yoga (you can Google it as "yoga for better sleep"). it takes literally 3 minutes. Besides that I use eye mask with cooling gel pillow inside. Plus put a drop or two of lavander oil on my wrists (where you check puls) and on the tip of my nose (or around the nose drill area where you smell it better from 😅). Sometimes I drink worm water with lemon before yoga.
