Yes when I meditate I usually set some sort of noise in the background so I can focus. When I don’t have this I end up getting mad at my self for my focusing
I love the noises of water drops and after that i fill i am done every relaxation and the noises of wayer is very relaxing after hearing
I prefer to meditate in silence. However, I find that listening to sounds of nature (e.g rain, birds, wind etc) is better than music. When you meditate in silence your thoughts are louder and easier to control, that’s why I believe that silence is the ideal scenario.
