When feeling down on yourself, what do you do to cheer yourself up and build more confidence?

I talk to myself. I try to understand myself and comfort myself. I say some motivational words to myself. Like I can do it or this time will be over and Tomorrow will be better than today.

I just get ready as if I'm going out, do makeup put on cute outfit and say to myself I am feeling okay. While doing that i like listening to music that would get my body moving. Or I just watch anime, it really helps me to feel motivated
