My morning routine starts with going out for 5-10 minutes, then I get home and start my workout, after that I take a cold shower. Only after that I have my breakfast. When I have my breakfast after my workout I feel like I reward myself for the workout I did.

I always work out before breakfast. I woke up in the morning, if I felt dizzy, I lay down for several minutes eithout doing anything. It fill me again with energy like meditation. Then i make up my mind on my career tasks i must accomlish during the day. All this only takes me about 15 to 20 minutes.
Then I work out for 16 minutes straight, Itake a shower. Then i'm all set for the day! I fill my energy higher. Then lastly I have my breakfast
