breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so what i like to do is have peanut butter and banana toast! it taste so good and is super healthy. another thing i like to do is avocado and scrambled eggs! it’s amazing and helps me stay energized throughout the day. i always love fruit, like strawberries, blueberries, mangos, kiwi, and raspberries taste really good!

Simple scrambled eggs is a good way to start, I recommend using coconut oil in place of butter or other cooking oil. It’s good for you and tastes good too! Experiment with adding spices to the eggs while they are still wet or the oil once it’s melted to add more flavors and options to your arsenal. You can always practice your sunny side up eggs by waiting til the edges of the whites start to solidify before splitting the yoke as well :) Eggs are high quality protein and a common start to a lot of different breakfasts like omelets and crepes! Happy cooking :)

1. Toasted bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon (or tofurky if you’re vegetarian) 2. Granola with yoghurt, fruits and nuts 3. Oatmeal with peanut butter, honey and seeds 4. Easy egg omelet with grated cheese and tofurky pieces (you can replace with ham if you’re a meat eater) Enjoy!

Hmm I ain’t no expert chef so I would look up some recipes online. I like eggs. They’re classic. Lots of protein. Good day!

I like to have simple things: yogurt + fruit is always there; then sometimes I have 60gr of bread with jam or I have porridge with the yogurt and fruit. Simple but tasty!

Here are some of my favorite go-to weekday breakfasts: > Avocado toast - simply put slices of avocado on a toasted piece of whole wheat bread. Season with salt and pepper and add any other toppings, such as eggs, bell pepper, goat cheese, etc! > Breakfast pita - this takes more time to make, but can be eaten on the go! Scramble eggs with mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, spinach, whatever veggies you like, and fill a pre-cut pita pocket (smart pockets brand is awesome!) with the egg mixture. Top with cheese and/or hot sauce. > Potato and egg - this is a nice hearty breakfast and can be made for a crown in the oven/on the stove, or for one or two in the microwave! Bake potatoes (oven or microwave), top with a fried egg with a runny yolk or a poached egg (you can poach an egg in the microwave), seasonings of your choice, diced ham, bell peppers, spinach and cheese! > oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and the classic home made egg McMuffin are all great options too!

Do you own a blender? If so, put anything and everything into it and see what happens. I use powdered food (soylent) and milk as my base, but I might add turmeric root, cocoa, mint, ginger, some plants I pulled from the ground, or whatever the day calls for. It’s fun!

Nice breakfast ideas, hmm. I really enjoy eating oats or banana pancakes. Something easy. Smoothie bowls are quite hard to do.

Hey! Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, I’m vegan and tend to fill my breakfast with as much goodness as I can making it both nutritious and tasty. Muesli or granola with some yoghurt or milk, nuts, dried fruit, and seeds is a great one, or porrage with some mixed berries or dried fruit or even some chocolate too, try a cinnamon apple honey porrage for the days where you want to feel a bit warmer, or make some overnight oats if you’re in a rush, or try a smoothie bowl if you want to get creative! Enjoy!

I like to go for either 2 eggs with some cheese, or maybe some Greek yogurt with some berries mixed in. If you don’t eat dairy you can also swap the cheese and yogurt with a vegan alternative! I like to keep my breakfast simple because I don’t always have the energy or motivation to make something complicated when I get up!
