Provided that I am NOT a big breakfast person, my go-to breakfasts are two:
1) protein coffee/tea (protein powder, almond milk, caffeinated drink of choice) with some fruit or some avocado toast.
2) meal prepped quinoa pudding (quinoa, water, milk, protein powder, cacao, sweetener of choice)
